Touch your subject in the monitor to focus. Focus locks until you lift your finger from the monitor to take the photograph.

To disable the touch shutter, tap the icon at 1. The icon will change to , indicating that the shutter will no longer be released when you lift your finger from the monitor.

The touch shutter remains off () during movie recording, but you can refocus at any time by touching your subject in the monitor.
