Programmed auto mode is ideal for photos taken on vacation while wandering about a
strange city. Exposure conditions can change drastically as you duck into and out
of shops, and programmed auto will adjust shutter speed and aperture for optimal exposure
every time, letting you concentrate on getting the shots you want.
You can
also leave the camera in charge of ISO sensitivity by selecting "auto" option
for ISO sensitivity.
