Camera Functions

ISO Sensitivity

The camera's sensitivity to light (ISO sensitivity) can be adjusted in response to lighting conditions. In general, the higher the ISO sensitivity, the less light needed to make an exposure, allowing faster shutter speeds or smaller apertures. The options available vary with the shooting mode.

High ISO sensitivity, fast shutter speed
Low ISO sensitivity, slow shutter speed

Procedure

01. ISO sensitivity can be adjusted by pressing the ISO button and rotating the main command dial.
02. The ISO sensitivity is displayed in the control panel and viewfinder.
