Camera Functions

Focus Mode (Viewfinder Photography): AF-A

In AF-A mode, focus locks when the shutter-release button is pressed halfway. If the subject moves and the distance to the subject changes, the camera will automatically switch to continuous-servo autofocus and adjust focus accordingly.

Procedure

01. Press the i button.
02. Highlight the current focus mode in the information display with the multi selector and press OK.
03. Highlight AF-A and press OK.
