Camera Functions

AF-Area Mode (Viewfinder Photography): Single-Point AF

You select the focus area; the camera focuses on the subject in the selected focus area only. Choose for static subjects.

Procedure

Single-point AF can be selected by pressing the AF-mode button and rotating the sub-command dial until "S" is displayed in the viewfinder and control panel.
