| The model equipped two flash sync. contacts ("F" and "S") to "Nikon M". Other specifications were almost same as the "M". From "Nikon Camera" ("Nikon I") (1948) to this "Nikon S", the body construction was basically same, and the body of "Nikon S2" (1954) was newly designed.
