With frame coverage of virtually 100% and large 0.94x* magnification, the new glass pentaprism viewfinder for the D300 delivers the compositional freedom and precision that professionals need. Detailed information of settings and shooting information is displayed for quick confirmation without removing your eye from the viewfinder while shooting, which helps in framing your subject more quickly and with greater assurance. Dual-layer ITO technology used to superimpose the focus point display hides lead wires for a clean, unobstructed view, while clearly displaying the selected focus point. The viewfinder also features an eyepoint of 19.5mm and built-in diopter adjustment from -2 to +1m^-1.
