TOKYO – Nikon Corporation is pleased to introduce the panel of ten judges, including the chief of judges, for the Nikon Photo Contest International 2010-2011, the world's largest international photo contest for which entries are currently being accepted through November 30th, 2010.

Since it was first held in 1969, the Nikon Photo Contest International has steadily gained popularity with photographers from around the world with more than 320,000 photographers submitting over 1,310,000 photos. More than 18,000 photographers from 153 countries submitted over 51,000 photos for the 2008-2009 contest. These numbers represent records for the largest number of entries by the most applicants from the most countries ever, making the Nikon Photo Contest International a truly international event.
The panel of judges is comprised of Mr. Hiromi Tsuchida as the chief of judges, five photographers currently active on the world stage in various photographic fields, and four photographers invited by Nikon to represent the United States, Europe, Asia and Japan.
The goal of the Nikon Photo Contest International is to provide an opportunity for photographers to express themselves and to share their own feelings and impressions with people around the world through their photographs.
