Nikon will be an exhibitor at the Camera & Photo Imaging Show (CP+).
"CP+" is the comprehensive camera and photo imaging show hosted by the Camera & Imaging Products Association (CIPA). The first CP+ event will be held in Yokohama, Japan between March 11 and 14, 2010. It will address every aspect of photo imaging entertainment from shooting to viewing and sharing. CIPA's intention is to create an event that widely spreads the newest thrilling photo imaging entertainment culture originating in Japan, one of the epicenters of the global photographic industry. In addition, CP+ will provide an ideal global platform for the dissemination of information on the latest products and technologies for camera and imaging equipment from Japan and drive the evolution of camera and imaging businesses.
In addition to exhibiting a wide variety of its latest products, including the newest compact digital camera, the COOLPIX S6000, the world's slimmest body*1 to offer 7x optical zoom and a variety of functions that enable support for high sensitivities with extremely low noise for certain capture of blur-free images, Nikon will also offer a number of presentations by lecturers and guests that a wide range of D-SLR users, from beginners to advanced amateurs, will find informative and entertaining. In addition, the Nikon booth will offer visitors to the show the opportunity to experience first-hand the advantages, technical strengths and imaging advances for which Nikon is renowned. Further, information regarding Nikon cameras used in space and information on Nikon corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities will be available to visitors.
